WHAT TO EXPECT
Financial planning and investment management is a fluid and ongoing process and it is important that you choose to partner with a firm that will best serve your needs. The information below will help you determine if you should consider Pulse Financial.
Discovery/Onboarding
The road to “Clienthood” and beyond, here’s what our process looks like.
- Initial Consultation: A complimentary meeting where we introduce ourselves, tell you about Pulse and ask you to come prepared with our Financial Values Profile complete and financial statements available to review and further discuss goals, needs and resources.
- Gap Analysis: We will analyze your goals/needs, identify the gaps between where you are today versus where you want to be and create a strategy to help you get there.
- Proposal: Our second meeting where we present our strategy to you.
- Implementation: We draw up and explain all the paperwork for each part of the proposal we are implementing. We use in-person meetings, email, mail and Docusign to communicate and obtain approval during this process. We have notaries available as well.
- Visibility: Once you are a client we will link up your accounts and issue you access to PulsePort, our aggregator website that allows you to see all your investments with Pulse with one login.
- Monitoring: We will consistently monitor your financial plan and investments as well as the greater market and economy. We will reach out with information and opportunities that will help enhance your likelihood of success.
- Ongoing Services: You hired us so we work for you. We’ll have a face-to-face (in person or video call) meeting at least once a year and phone calls, emails or additional face-to-face meetings as needed. Check out our Bliss Program and Pinnacle Program to review the myriad of life events that require additional financial planning and consulting.

Guided Financial Programs
- Bliss Program – A guide for folks, traditionally between ages 25-50, to address financial considerations surrounding major life events. Marriage, children, employment change, moving, etc.
- Pinnacle Program – A guide for folks starting at age 50, to address time sensitive financial considerations for entering retirement. Catch-up contributions, Social Security, Medicare, required minimum distributions, etc.
Events
- Edu-Tainment Events – Enjoy Key Note Speakers, Updates and Workshops surrounding financial concepts and investment opportunities

- We offer one Pulse Gives Back sponsorship per quarter and will donate up to $2000
